Terms and Conditions
These terms explain the basic rules for using the website, the dashboard, short links, QR functions, the customer API and the payment plans of Blinkode.
1. Using the service
You may use Blinkode only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. By using the service you agree to do so responsibly and only for legitimate personal, operational or commercial purposes.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use Blinkode to distribute malware, phishing, illegal content, deceptive content or material that infringes third-party rights. You must also not abuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access or try to bypass plan limits, restrictions or security controls.
3. Accounts and security
If you create an account you are responsible for the activity associated with it and for keeping your sign-in method, email access, and API keys secure. You are also responsible for the destinations, domains and other content you create or manage through your account.
4. Links, domains, and API use
You are responsible for the links and domains you connect to Blinkode. We may disable, review, or remove links or domains that appear unsafe, violate these terms, or depend on disabled features. API access is only available to eligible accounts and may be limited, suspended, or revoked for abuse, security, or billing reasons.
5. Paid plans and billing
Some features of Blinkode require a paid plan. Payments and billing tools are provided through Stripe when billing is enabled. Plan changes, cancellations, payment recovery, and access to paid features depend on the current subscription status confirmed by the billing provider.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Blinkode if we believe an account, link, domain, or API key is being used in violation of these terms, creates security or abuse risk, or has unresolved billing issues. We may also take action to protect the platform, our users, or third parties.
7. Availability and changes
Blinkode is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, add, pause, or remove features, pricing, limits, integrations, or plan details at any time as the service evolves.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blinkode is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the service, unless local law requires otherwise.
